About this role
Working at Breeze Airways is an exciting endeavor to bring “The World’s Nicest Airline” to life. Breeze seeks “Seriously Nice” Part-Time Flight Attendants for the Provo crew base. You will ensure safety and comfort for Guests and Team Members while embracing Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming passengers, assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. Remain present to offer further assistance while monitoring the cabin regularly. Stay approachable, accommodating, and flexible with schedule changes due to operations or weather.
Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued and appreciated. Collaborate, communicate, and problem-solve with fellow Team Members using good judgement. Mitigate high-stress situations calmly while maintaining a safe environment for all.
Complete paid initial Flight Attendant training with Breeze covering luggage and uniform issuance. Gain eligibility for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days. Access other airline travel perks after six months, supporting long-term commitment.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Provo Municipal Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Remain flexible and understand schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, and other delays
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and information requests
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards while working in tight quarters
