In challenging situations and passenger conflicts, Flight Attendants remain positive, respectful, and understanding. They maintain a thorough working knowledge of all emergency procedures and operate onboard emergency equipment. Duties also involve explaining safety equipment use clearly and assisting with inflight medical emergencies and special needs passengers.

Mesa Airlines offers comprehensive health plans, travel privileges, and bonuses. Starting pay is $27.82 per flight hour in the first year, with a raise at the first anniversary. Additional opportunities include per diem pay, crash-pad assistance, and hotel reimbursement incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide constant attention to customers, ensuring a safe and reliable onboard experience
  • Greet passengers, monitor carry-on baggage, and direct passengers to assigned seats
  • Remain positive, respectful, and understanding during challenging situations and passenger conflict
  • Maintain physical health and professional appearance standards
  • Maintain thorough working knowledge of all emergency procedures and operate all emergency equipment onboard
  • Explain the use of safety equipment to passengers in a clear, concise manner
  • Serve beverages, snacks, and meals where applicable
  • Assist passengers in storing carry-on luggage and inform passengers of Federal Aviation Regulations
