As First Officer on the Challenger 3500, you will lead the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, delivering a safe, seamless, and client-focused travel experience.

You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing. Duties are performed in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements, with additional responsibilities supporting operational excellence and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Valid Canadian ATPL License
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 1,750 hours total flying time
  • At least 100 hours jet time
  • Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
  • Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
  • International flying experience preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, delivering a safe, seamless, and client-focused travel experience.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing.
  • Perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting operational excellence and team collaboration.
  • Conduct preflight inspections and monitor aircraft systems throughout the flight.
  • Assist the Captain with flight planning, navigation, and fuel management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Communicate with air traffic control and coordinate with ground personnel for seamless operations.
