Requirements
- Bags of enthusiasm
- Customer service-oriented background, ie previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, shop etc
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Hardworking, flexible and outgoing friendly personality
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with an excellent travel experience
- Deliver safety briefings and emergency procedures
- Serve in-flight meals, beverages and products
- Assist passengers during boarding and deboarding
- Maintain cabin safety and cleanliness
- Handle passenger queries and needs
- Respond to emergencies including swimming assistance
- Promote onboard sales for bonus opportunities
