Located in British Columbia, Topflight offers mountain and advanced flight training, and we are now expanding our operational team following a successful bid on the Alberta NVIS Forestry contract.

We are seeking experienced NVIS pilots to support night forestry operations on the Airbus H125 in Alberta. In this role, you will act as a pilot per operation standard, carrying out night vision imagery system (NVIS) missions that demand precision, safety, and professionalism.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Transport Canada Commercial Rotary-wing Licence (CPL-H or ATPL-H)
Must hold an NVIS endorsement with recent operational experience
Experience on the Airbus H125 is preferred
Forestry, utility, or night-operations experience considered a strong asset
Valid Category 1 Medical certificate
Ability to work a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotational schedule
Strong safety culture, professionalism, and crew resource management skills
Must live in the assigned area or be willing to relocate to the assigned area in Alberta

Responsibilities

Support night forestry operations on the Airbus H125 under NVIS conditions
Act as a pilot per operation standard, ensuring safe and efficient flight missions
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to maintain aircraft readiness
Coordinate with ground crews and operations teams for mission planning and execution
Maintain NVIS operational readiness and adhere to all regulatory and safety protocols
Perform any other responsibilities related to the position as assigned
