About this role
Responsible for coordinating and carrying out activities related to various ramp duties while maintaining accurate and complete documentation. Act as a central point of contact with all involved teams. Ensure safe and efficient turnaround for aircraft operations.
Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning while assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Comply with all requirements of airlines and authorities. Deliver processes within SLA standards and match station turnaround plan timings.
Coordinate turnaround activities with cleaners, aircraft search, fuelers, ramp and baggage handlers, food service trucks, and customer service staff. Monitor communication on aircraft arrivals, departures, and gate changes. Coordinate flight delay information with airline operations.
Compile daily log of aircraft turnaround activities and document unsafe operations for supervisor reporting. Provide ramp supervisor with onload/offload loading instructions as required. Follow departure and flight arrival phase procedures while complying with safety and airline policies.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication; active listening skills
- Computer literacy and fast, accurate data entry
- Calmness and solution-focus under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move throughout the terminal
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities
