About this role

The Flight Dispatcher carries out activities related to the dispatch of flights for aircraft in the fleet. This role operationalizes procedures for boarding and unboarding passengers, baggage, and cargo at operating and remote bases. The focus ensures flight safety and compliance with ANAC determinations.

Daily responsibilities involve coordinating flight dispatch operations to maintain smooth passenger and cargo handling. Dispatchers manage these procedures directly at bases, prioritizing safety protocols. Adherence to National Civil Aviation Agency standards is essential throughout all activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Radio Operator Course (Desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of Aeronautical Regulations
  • Basic English knowledge
  • Must be able to operate MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and some Web-Based Computer Programs
