Jetstar is opening a brand-new base in Perth, enabling Cabin Crew to travel the length and breadth of Australia from WA. Cabin Crew are hosts-with-the-most, holidaymakers, safety-first professionals and problem-solvers who bring a fun, feel-good energy to every journey while keeping flights safe and compliant.

Lead with safety by delivering briefings, managing onboard procedures and responding confidently in dynamic situations. At the same time create a positive, memorable experience for passengers from the moment they step onboard to touchdown by anticipating needs and handling challenges with care and composure.

Work closely with your crew to keep everything running smoothly while balancing professionalism with personality. Bring the holiday vibe to every flight and create an environment where customers feel safe, relaxed and ready to enjoy their journey.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of customer service experience creating great customer moments
  • Hold a passport with a minimum of 12 months validity
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia with no sponsorship required
  • Willing to obtain or already hold current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Willing to obtain or already hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Physically fit and confident in the water, including ability to swim and tread water
  • Able to meet safety reach requirements of 212cm reach and maximum height of 186cm
  • Flexible and adaptable to work shift work including weekends and holidays
  • Available to commit to 86 weeks of paid full-time ground school training

  • Create a positive, memorable experience for passengers from boarding to touchdown
  • Anticipate needs and keep passengers hydrated and well-fed throughout the flight
  • Handle challenges with care and composure while maintaining service standards
  • Work closely with crew to keep everything running smoothly on every flight
  • Balance professionalism with personality and bring the holiday vibe to each journey
