Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in VIP aviation, luxury yachting, or ultra-high-end hospitality
  • Active First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
  • Active Flight Attendant Emergency Training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety)
  • Valid Passport with no restrictive visas

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety inspections of all cabin equipment and provide bespoke safety briefings
  • Remain prepared to lead evacuations, medical emergencies, or ditching procedures
  • Source, prepare, and plate in-flight meals while managing complex dietary restrictions and wine pairings
  • Curate the cabin environment through linens and personalized amenities to ensure readiness for service
  • Manage stock and store inventories and coordinate with Fixed Base Operators for catering, laundry, and cleaning
  • Anticipate passenger needs including arranging ground transportation and troubleshooting onboard Wi-Fi and entertainment systems
