Breeze Airways seeks Seriously Nice Part Time Flight Attendants for the CAK Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure the safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members while acting as the face of the Company. They embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued. Maintain a safe cabin environment and stay approachable by monitoring regularly.

Remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate effectively with Team Members. Demonstrate good judgement, flexibility with schedule changes due to weather or operations, and personal responsibility through punctuality. Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines.

Complete paid initial Flight Attendant training with Breeze-provided luggage and uniform. Gain eligibility for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze network after 30 days. Progress through pay rates from $25 to $37.50 per hour with seniority.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Akron-Canton Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and be seriously nice
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under high stress levels
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and maintaining cabin cleanliness
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aid in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and provide requested information
  • Remain positive, kind, and empathetic to ensure Guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
