Greet, direct, and assist passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort. Provide public announcements and demonstrate leadership in handling inquiries, operational changes, and emergencies. Deliver clear instructions during crises and assist passengers with special needs.
Operate effectively in confined aircraft spaces, adapting to frequent changes like flight schedules, weather, and environmental conditions. Diffuse challenging situations with disorderly or intoxicated passengers and care for ill or injured individuals. Contribute to on-time departures through timely completion of duties.

Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Height between 5’0 and 6'0 without shoes and able to fit into jump seat harness without modification
- Valid passport with legal right to travel unrestricted to all countries served by Envoy
- No criminal history within the last five years to meet Canada entry requirements
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- Willing and able to work variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and trips up to four consecutive overnights
- Legal right to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Greet, direct, and assist passengers
- Provide public announcements
- Ensure passenger compliance with all safety requirements and federal regulations
- Demonstrate leadership, confidence, and professionalism in various situations including emergencies
- Provide clear and calm instructions during emergencies and prepare to evacuate passengers
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors
- Diffuse challenging situations involving disorderly, intoxicated, or irate passengers
- Care for and assist ill, injured, or incapacitated passengers and administer first aid
