Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for the CAK Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information. They remain positive, kind, and empathetic, ensuring Guests always feel valued and appreciated. They maintain a safe work environment and stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly.
Team Members collaborate and problem-solve together, communicating effectively and showing respect to perform at their best. Flight Attendants remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate good judgement. They uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin.
Training is paid, with initial issuance of luggage and uniform provided by Breeze. Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days and travel benefits on the Breeze network after 30 days. Pay starts at $25 per hour with scheduled increases up to $37.50 by year 8.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Akron-Canton Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under high stress levels
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and information
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated while acting with empathy
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
