Requirements

  • Experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant or experience in the high-end service sector
  • Valid Canadian passport, Driver’s license and credit card
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Highly detail oriented and very hands-on attitude
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Very professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very flexible schedule and availability to accommodate client flight requirements, including short notice flights
  • High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the aircraft for flight by ordering and verifying catering, setting up the cabin for optimal passenger comfort, and ensuring pristine condition prior to departure
  • Deliver impeccable first-class service to elite clientele while maintaining the cabin at its finest standard, including menu selections and plate presentation
  • Complete, maintain, and remain current on all required safety training and certifications as mandated by Transport Canada
  • Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are consistently followed
  • Groom the cabin at all times while on duty, including shopping to maintain stock and catering for trip duration
  • Arrange hotel accommodations and ground transport needs of owners if requested
