Daily tasks include allocating work according to assignments, ensuring all maintenance on aircraft, engines, components, and equipment is recorded and performed properly. Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification using approved maintenance data and materials. Assist in monitoring fleet technical status and coordinating with MRO providers.

Requirements
- Degree holder in aircraft engineering and/or qualification demonstrating suitable experience in aircraft maintenance
- Minimum 5 years or above of avionics experience
- Possess valid B2 aircraft maintenance license for HKAR-66/MAR-66 or CCAR-66 with English Level 3 or above
- Possess HKAR66 B2 license
- A320 series aircraft maintenance certification experience is an advantage
- Familiar with using technical manual
- Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety
- Willingness to work in variable shift duty and good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance certification and defect rectification
- Supervise a mechanic team and allocate work according to daily assignments
- Ensure all maintenance works on aircraft, engine, component and equipment are recorded and carried out properly
- Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification
- Ensure work performed in accordance with approved maintenance data and using approved material
- Provide training to mechanics for aircraft maintenance expertise enhancement
- Assist engineer team leader to monitor and coordinate with MRO in controlling aircraft fleet technical status
- Perform ad-hoc duties including AOG spare part inspection, riding engineer duty, outstation duty and heavy maintenance check on-site support
