AZUL HANDLING, in co-operation with Ryanair, seeks a Crew Controller in the OCC Department at Head Office in Seville, Spain, on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers experience in a busy Operations Control Center environment involving shift work.
The successful candidate will track crew flight duties and ensure compliance with flight time legal limits. Duties include accurate recording of crew absenteeism and punctuality, plus developing solutions to crewing problems. Assist with efficient, cost-effective resolutions to operational disruptions while reporting to the OCC Lead Agent.

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English required
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (crew control, crew planning, rostering) or cabin crew member (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledgeable and put into practice the Cultural Identity of the company, The Azul Way
- Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
- High degree of flexibility
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Track crew flight duties
- Ensure crew are within flight time legal limits

- Assist with efficient, cost-effective solutions to operational disruptions
- Perform any other duties as requested by Operations Control management
