Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Full Time Flight Attendants for our PVD Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure the safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members while embracing Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft, aiding seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued. Stay present and available for further assistance while monitoring the cabin regularly.

Maintain a safe work environment and remain calm under pressure to mitigate high-stress situations. Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for fellow Team Members. Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive in all duties.

Remain flexible with schedules that may change due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays. Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines inside and outside the cabin. Comfortable using Breeze’s Inflight technology and assisting other departments if necessary.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Use good judgement and be seriously nice as the face of the Company
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and maintaining cabin cleanliness
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft and assist with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
  • Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures and administer first-aid if required
