Breeze seeks Seriously Nice Full Time Flight Attendants for the RDU Crew Base. They ensure Guest safety, comfort, and embrace core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants warmly welcome Guests, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and provide information while staying available. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages including alcohol, maintaining hygiene and cabin cleanliness in tight quarters. They instruct on emergency procedures and administer first-aid if needed.

Team Members collaborate, communicate effectively, and respect each other to perform at their best. Remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and stay flexible with schedule changes from operations or weather. Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.

Complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and receive issued luggage and uniform. Gain 401K eligibility after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days, other airlines after six months. Enjoy monthly minimum guarantee of 70 hours with pay starting at $25/hour, increasing to $37.50 by year 8.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Full Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under high stress

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, assist with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
  • Remain positive, kind, empathetic, and act with humanity to make Guests feel valued
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
