Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Crew Chief

Calm Air International is a regional airline serving Northern Central Canada from bases in Winnipeg, Thompson, Churchill, Manitoba, and Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. The Maintenance Crew Chief provides direction, leadership, and assistance to Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Apprentices alongside regular AME duties. They ensure directives from the Base Engineer are completed and delegate tasks to keep the crew focused. This role involves sharing skills at all bases throughout Manitoba and Nunavut.

Work independently or as part of a skilled team in a dynamic setting with shift work including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Support all policies and procedures in the Calm Air SMS Program as outlined in the company Safety Management Manual. Ensure crew follows safe working practices.
