As part of development, CMA CGM AIR CARGO seeks a Flight Dispatcher for its Operations Control Center (OCC). You will participate in flight operations H24/7, promoting flight safety, business performance, and on-time performance through dispatch and operations control.

Daily tasks include airport and enroute weather study, NOTAMs analysis, aircraft technical condition review, take-off and landing performance calculations, flight plan optimization, ATC filing, electronic flight file creation, and crew briefing. You will support the Duty Officer during flight watch or disruptions.

Collaborate daily with Flight Ops Engineering on OCC support and line studies. Test OCC procedures and systems, suggest alternatives, and aid in deploying new business solutions. Thrive in an environment of equality, respect, inclusion, moving projects and ambitions forward.

Future growth includes eight A350Fs by 2027, positioning CMA CGM AIR CARGO as launch operator, setting benchmarks in performance, fuel efficiency, and environmental commitment for responsible air operations.

Requirements

  • Graduated Operations Officer/Dispatcher from aeronautical training organization (e.g., Dispatch licensing organisation, French ENAC, Horizons Academy, ESMA or equivalent)
  • Holder of theoretical Airline Transport Pilot License, Air Traffic Controller or Meteorologist qualification
  • Taste for operations and teamwork
  • Analytical mind and ability to work under time pressure
  • Curiosity, rigor, and tenacity for decision-making
  • Knowledge of flight planning, weather analysis, and performance calculations
  • Familiarity with NOTAMs, ATC filing, and aircraft technical assessments

Responsibilities

  • Test and challenge procedures and settings of OCC systems, suggest alternative solutions
  • Participate in and support OCC deployment of new business solutions
  • Collaborate daily with Flight Ops Engineering on OCC support and line studies
  • Conduct airport and enroute weather study
  • Analyze NOTAMs and consider aircraft technical condition
  • Calculate take-off and landing performances
  • Calculate flight plans, optimize routes, and file ATC flight plans
  • Create electronic flight files and brief flight crew if necessary
  • Support Duty Officer on flight watch or during operations disruptions
