This onsite Captain Pilot role requires working at the Aflac Hangar, Columbus Airport location in Columbus, GA. Act as pilot in command with final authority for the operation of the aircraft. Conduct flight operations in strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
Conduct safe and efficient flights ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, support personnel, cargo, equipment. Supervise the flight crew, communicate with crew members and support personnel before, during, and after flights. Train and develop crew members in techniques, methods, and day-to-day activities per company policies.

Requirements
- Must be able to successfully complete appropriate aircraft type rating
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to interact with senior management
- Must be team-oriented
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three years of job-related work experience
- 4,000 total flight hours/500 hours jet pilot-in-command/1,000 hours jet engine
- Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate (Airplane Multi-Engine Land)
Responsibilities
- Acts as pilot in command with final authority for the operation of the aircraft
- Conducts flight operations in strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and federal regulations
- Conducts safe and efficient flights in company aircraft ensuring safety of passengers, crew, cargo, equipment
- Supervises the flight crew and communicates with crew members before, during, and after flights
- Trains and develops crew members in techniques, methods, and day-to-day activities per standard operating procedures
- Ensures completion and distribution of all necessary paperwork relating to assigned flight
- Performs assigned additional duties as a team member adhering to department guidelines
- Performs other related duties assigned by the chief pilot or aviation director
