Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking a detail-oriented and productive Crew Controller to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in managing crew schedules to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Thrive in a fast-paced environment passionate about optimizing crew operations.

Maintain daily crew rosters ensuring efficient utilization and Flight Time Limitations compliance. Optimize schedules in line with company protocols to minimize operational costs. Advise Crew Training on changes and assist with rescheduling.

Ensure adequate crew availability on operational days addressing shortages like sickness or delays. Notify crew members of roster changes and monitor on-time check-ins. Manage standby coverage balancing integrity with logistical costs.

Track crew sickness and lateness taking action per company standards. Arrange hotel accommodation and ground transportation for layovers. Ensure fair distribution of assignments adhering to duty restrictions and rest periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school certification
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Familiar with Crew Planning Systems, preferably Leon
  • Minimum of one year experience in Crew Control or Crew Scheduling

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily crew rosters, ensuring efficient crew utilization and compliance with Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
  • Optimize crew schedules in line with company protocols, minimizing operational costs
  • Advise Crew Training on schedule changes and assist with rescheduling
  • Ensure adequate crew availability on operational days to address shortages (e.g., sickness, delays)
  • Notify crew members of roster changes and monitor on-time check-ins
  • Ensure fair distribution of assignments and adherence to duty hour restrictions and rest periods
  • Continuously monitor duty and flight time limitations across various periods
  • Track crew sickness and lateness, taking appropriate action in line with company standards
