As a B1 Licensed Engineer, you’ll work on cutting-edge NEO aircraft, including the A321, ensuring top aircraft performance through scheduled maintenance and task supervision. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and experience with maintenance documentation and digital reporting systems.

You will carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring work meets required standards and supports efficient, safe operations. Responsibilities include recording and issuing certificates of release, prioritising tasks, and managing resources to ensure timely and safe flight departures. You’ll inspect parts, supervise workmanship quality, and ensure tools and facilities meet safety standards.

Report delays, defects, and incidents, assist with departures, take shift handovers if needed, and ensure smooth transition of tasks to the next shift. Maintain accurate records and order spares promptly. Contribute to easyJet’s innovative, high-standard operations in a line maintenance environment at Bristol.

Requirements

  • UK Part 66 B1 license (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a line maintenance environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of airworthiness legislation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team at all levels
  • Flexibility to meet deadlines and adaptability to change
  • Solid understanding of Health and Safety legislation and proficiency in IT
