About this role

The Training First Officer at HK Express delivers critical Line Orientation classes and Walk-around Training for flight crew. This internal role ensures training materials stay updated with the latest procedures and regulations. It supports the airline's commitment to safety and operational excellence in Hong Kong.

Daily tasks include conducting training sessions and liaising with Maintenance & Engineering for Walk-around materials and updates. Maintain all Line Orientation course materials, manuals, and instructor guides to reflect recent changes. Review company Standard Operating Procedures regularly to confirm they are current.

Assist the Training Manager in developing and preparing Line Orientation materials within a collaborative aviation training team. Work alongside current HK Express flight crew members. Knowledge of CAD Regulations and airline standards guides all activities.

This position builds on technical competency and training background for instructional contributions. Enhance leadership and organizational skills in a dynamic airline environment. Opportunities to refine materials and ensure procedural compliance drive professional growth.

Requirements

Technical competency preferably with a training background
Good communication and leadership skills
Good interpersonal, instructional, and organizational abilities
Knowledge of CAD Regulations, airline policies, procedures, and standards
Must be a current Flight Crew member of Hong Kong Express Airways
Able to work independently
Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint an advantage
Instructional experience an advantage
