About this role

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, perform both scheduled and unscheduled line and base maintenance on the Global 6000 aircraft. Encompass component maintenance, training, and logistics duties. This dynamic position requires flexibility, technical expertise, and strong customer focus.

Under general direction, provide customer support, on-site installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Handle different quality, operational, maintenance, and administrative matters. Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft, engines, avionics, electrical systems, and ground support equipment.

Work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues and customers. Excel with excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. Adapt as curious, open-minded, tolerant, and highly customer-focused professional.

Requirements

  • Current B1 EASA Part 66 License with at least one type of endorsement; B2 license and type rating on Bombardier Global G6000 highly desirable
  • Extensive experience in maintenance procedures and inspections, with strong understanding of technical reference materials (maintenance manuals, illustrated part catalogues, service bulletins, structural repair manuals, engineering drawings, airworthiness notes)
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge and experiences with colleagues and customers
  • Proficient in using computer-based maintenance systems and experienced in quality work according to military and/or civil aviation standards
  • Curious, open-minded, tolerant, and highly customer-focused, with strong ability to adapt to new cultures
  • Security clearance eligibility required

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft, engines, avionics, electrical systems, and ground support equipment
  • Perform defect rectification efficiently and effectively
  • Undertake specialist assignments including flight line and base maintenance, aircraft repairs, training, refueling, marshalling, and conducting pre-flight and post-flight checks
  • Perform acceptance inspections on components and equipment and assist with parts inventory management
  • Complete all required maintenance records and logbooks accurately and promptly
  • Provide customer support, on-site installation, diagnoses, and troubleshooting of complex equipment and systems
  • Handle complex assignments and train junior staff
