Kia ora! Are you calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment? We’re looking for a Crew Controller to join our Auckland-based team and help keep our people and planes where they need to be, delivering exceptional experiences across our jet network.

This permanent role follows a 6 days on, 3 days off roster at our Auckland Airport Campus.

As a Crew Controller, you’ll handle short-term crewing operations, ensuring every flight is safely and compliantly crewed. You’ll coordinate flight crew resources across our jet network, balancing customer commitments, operational constraints, and regulatory obligations. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve resourcing challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience in rostering, planning or operations
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach to complex problems
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Understanding of airport or airline operations (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily operational crewing plans
  • Provide fast, effective crewing solutions during disruptions
  • Ensure crew assignments comply with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve resourcing challenges
  • Support network performance by maintaining efficient crew schedules
