The Crew Controller maintains oversight of proper allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew during daily and short-term operations.

Track and monitor flight deck and cabin crew rosters continuously during day-to-day operations plus 72 hours. Provide adequate crew members on operation day amid shortages. Check duty and flight time limitations, notifications, and on-time check-ins for flights and duties.

Responsibilities

Continuously track monitor and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations plus 72 hours
Provide adequate crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage
Monitor crews’ on-time check-in for flights and other duties
Continuously check duty and flight time limitations
Check notifications and notify crew members
Run reports and report issues
Fill the daily operations checklist
Cooperate with other departments
