The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is responsible for conducting all servicing and maintenance tasks on aircraft. This includes inspecting systems, removing and replacing components, and performing flight line operations. Specialty work in maintenance shops supports ongoing readiness.

Requirements
- Transport Canada–approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma, or equivalent (Canadian Forces AVN Technician)
- Possession of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License M2 (or M1/M2 combined)
- Minimum 4 years of aircraft-related experience
- Minimum 3 years of 1st and 2nd line maintenance activities
- Proven experience as a team player
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work shifts; some travel required
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and test aircraft systems
- Remove and replace line-replaceable units and components
- Perform specialty work in maintenance shops as required
- Interpret technical publications and diagrams
- Maintain tools and equipment necessary for primary duties
- Order aircraft spare parts and materials
- Conduct flight line servicing operations
- Debrief the Team Lead as required
