Oversee resource allocation and airport flow using real-time dashboards and predictive analytics to balance demand across stands, aprons, and taxiways. Maintain common situational awareness and achieve A-CDM KPIs like milestone conformance and TOBT/TSAT adherence. Lead development of early-warning indicators and disruption-management playbooks.
As a senior leader in the IOCC, foster cross-partner collaboration through governance forums and reinforce operational standards. Ensure end-to-end flow of people, baggage, and aircraft with predictive insights for partners. Champion seamless operations across airside, landside, terminal, baggage, and de-icing.

Requirements
- Expertise in A-CDM processes and KPIs including milestone conformance, TOBT/TSAT adherence, and pre-departure sequencing
- Proficiency with real-time dashboards, predictive analytics, and decision-support tools for airport flow
- Experience managing airside, landside, terminal, baggage, and de-icing operations
- Knowledge of disruption-management playbooks and early-warning indicators for weather and demand surges
- Ability to drive cross-partner collaboration and governance in aviation operations
- Strong background in maintaining situational awareness and data integrity in control centers
- Leadership in optimizing end-to-end flow of people, baggage, and aircraft
Responsibilities
- Lead all real-time IOCC operations across airside, landside, terminal operations, baggage, customer experience, and de-icing
- Translate enterprise strategy into day-of-operations decision-making, aligning priorities, actions, and recovery plans
- Own A-CDM performance, including milestone conformance, TOBT/TSAT adherence, and pre-departure sequencing
- Oversee real-time resource orchestration and airport flow management using dashboards and predictive analytics
- Ensure unified situational awareness across the IOCC by validating data integrity and escalating risks
- Activate early-warning indicators and operational playbooks to mitigate disruption risks
- Monitor and optimize end-to-end flow of people, baggage, and aircraft for sustained throughput
