The role coordinates timely, accurate, and efficient assignment of flights to crewmembers. Responsibilities include updating the tactical operations board and notifying affected departments of changes. Ensure compliance with operational standards like aircraft weight and balance.

Day-to-day involves flight following for the fleet, monitoring weather, air traffic control, and operational restrictions such as NOTAMs and FBO hours. Coordinate trip logistics including catering, hotels, and ground transportation for crew and passengers. Assist with disruptions and ensure all required documents and briefings are provided.

Team members handle customs, immigration, and international requirements for every flight segment. Compile data and prepare reports for the dispatch function. Take your career to new heights with opportunities for development in aviation operations.

Requirements

  • Highly knowledgeable of the flyExclusive Operations Manual, FAA and International Regulations, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures
  • Ability to coordinate flight assignments to crewmembers efficiently
  • Proficiency in verifying aircraft weight and balance
  • Experience with flight following and operational monitoring
  • Familiarity with customs, immigration, agriculture, and international handling requirements
  • Skill in managing trip logistics including catering, hotels, ground transportation
  • Competence in compiling and analyzing dispatch data for reports

Responsibilities

  • Support crew members with airline travel and rental car arrangements, accurately recording movements in the scheduling system
  • Update the tactical operations board and notify impacted departments of changes
  • Verify that aircraft weight and balance comply with operational standards
  • Assist crew members with necessary flight adjustments in the event of disruptions
  • Ensure crewmembers are accurately briefed on duties per FlyExclusive Operations Manual, Company Operations Specifications, Federal Aviation Regulations, and department guidelines
  • Ensure required trip sheets and documents are sent to flight department and crewmembers
  • Conduct accurate and timely flight following for the flyExclusive fleet and disseminate information to client services and scheduling
  • Monitor weather, air traffic control status, NOTAMs, AROs, noise restrictions, FBO hours, and airport capabilities
