Conduct needs gathering and analysis for 5G and SATCOM communications in critical environments like aeronautics and IoT. Design system architecture and specify modem processing functions including timing, synchronization, and propagation channels. Participate in R&D to justify architectures and define critical functions.
During development and certification, monitor supplier progress, V&V, and requirements management. Analyze anomalies in simulator sessions and coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and clients. Accompany projects through to telecom system certification.

Requirements
- Engineering degree (Bac+5) in telecommunications, embedded systems, aerospace, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in systems engineering office, ideally in 5G, satellite connectivity, or SATCOM
- Mastery of 5G technologies (architecture, protocols, use cases)
- Expertise in satellite communication systems (SATCOM, LEO/GEO, ground/radio links)
- Autonomy, rigor, synthesis skills, team collaboration, and clear communication
- Professional English (written and spoken) required
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze communication needs in 5G and SATCOM for critical environments (aeronautics, IoT, etc.)
- Participate in the design and justification of system architecture
- Contribute to specification of modem processing functions (timing, synchronization, phase/frequency) and propagation channel specifications
- Monitor supplier development, V&V, and requirements management
- Contribute to simulator sessions and analyze anomalies
- Coordinate between technical teams, suppliers, and clients
- Accompany projects until telecom system certification
