About this role

As our fleet expands, LUMINAIR seeks dedicated professionals for the Operations Control Center as Flight Dispatcher. You will coordinate and monitor daily and upcoming flights, working closely with external dispatcher teams. Ensure smooth and efficient operations with a safety-conscious, client-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Valid dispatcher license or relevant certification beneficial
  • Comprehensive understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO)
  • Prior experience in flight dispatch or related aircraft operator role
  • Familiarity with operations in diverse and complex airspaces
  • Proficiency in flight planning and tracking software
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills under time-sensitive conditions
  • Fluent in English with professional working German preferred
  • Flexibility for shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights; EU work rights and ZÜP eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily and upcoming flights
  • Work closely with external dispatcher team for smooth operations
  • Ensure efficient flight operations using flight planning systems
  • Analyze weather, aircraft performance, navigation, and ATC procedures
  • Apply aviation regulations including EASA, FAA, and ICAO standards
  • Make analytical decisions under time-sensitive conditions
  • Optimize operational cost management strategies
