The role supports structuring the portfolio of SATCOM Aero terminal solutions and Go To Market strategy.

Directly reporting to the Director of Aeronautical Satcom Connectivity department, you contribute to Capture strategy by understanding client needs and competitive context. You elaborate competitive offers, pilot reviews, and prepare technical proposals and quotes. You accompany sales teams in promoting solutions and negotiating contracts.

At the Gennevilliers Campus, the heart of design, development, and support for major defense systems including satellite communications and resilient networks. Located north of Paris, easily accessible by public transport. You manage project execution, ensuring contractual commitments on performance, deadlines, and financial results.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent
  • Significant experience in Capture and bid responses
  • Significant experience in project management
  • Understanding of aeronautical SATCOM market needs and competitive landscape
  • Ability to elaborate technical proposals for SATCOM terminals
  • Experience in contract negotiation within defense/aerospace sector
  • Knowledge of SATCOM aero solutions and Go To Market strategies

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition of Capture and offer strategy by understanding client needs and competitive context
  • Elaborate competitive offers supported by technical teams, pilot reviews, and prepare technical proposals and associated quotes
  • Accompany sales forces to promote solutions, negotiate contractual clauses with clients, and ensure smooth transition to project teams
  • Ensure compliance with product policy and proposal expense budget
  • Manage project commitments on performances, deadlines, and financial results including cost control, revenue, and margin
  • Maintain client interface, foster positive relationships, and monitor satisfaction
  • Pilot relations with partners, internal contributors, and subcontractors
  • Manage contract clauses, potential renegotiations, and identify new business opportunities
