About this role

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Flight Planner to join Europe's Largest Airline. Based in Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, work in the Operations Control Centre. This shift-based position follows a '4 on / 4 off' basis including night shifts.

Develop and implement solutions for day-to-day flight planning problems. Assist Flight Operations with cost-effective solutions to disruptions and delays. Monitor flight plan production, ATC messages, and react accordingly.

Prepare flight planning paperwork for crews and compile reports as required. Update route manuals, catalogue, and Aircraft Performance Data. Perform any other duties as requested by Operations Control Management.

High flexibility required in this busy working environment. New increased pay starts at €40,000 p/a plus €6,000 performance bonus, rising to €45,000 after one year. Excellent opportunity with unrivalled career progression.

Requirements

  • Ability to hold a Dublin Airport Airside ID
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Good problem solving and logistical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Netline an advantage)
