Notify crew of roster changes and monitor check-ins in a dynamic aviation team. Track duty limits, sickness, and manage standby coverage balancing integrity and costs. Arrange accommodations and transportation for layovers.

Requirements

Minimum high school certification
At least 21 years of age
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Fluent in verbal and written English
Familiar with Crew Planning Systems, preferably Leon
A minimum of one year experience in related fields

Responsibilities

Maintain daily crew rosters, ensuring efficient crew utilization and compliance with Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
Optimize crew schedules in line with company protocols, minimizing operational costs
Advise Crew Training on schedule changes and assist with rescheduling
Ensure adequate crew availability on operational days to address shortages (e.g., sickness, delays)
Notify crew members of roster changes and monitor on-time check-ins
Ensure fair distribution of assignments and adherence to duty hour restrictions and rest periods
Continuously monitor duty and flight time limitations across various periods
Track crew sickness and lateness, taking appropriate action in line with company standards
