Requirements

• Relevant Engineering License: CASA Part 66 B1.1 License (PC-12 type rated Airframe and Engine).
• Minimum 2 years as a licensed engineer on fixed-wing aircraft.
• Strong understanding of airworthiness regulations, maintenance procedures, and quality control processes.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• High commitment to safety and quality.
• Strong planning, documentation, and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, ensuring compliance with CASA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify aircraft faults, certify work performed, and ensure all aircraft meet airworthiness requirements before release.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance schedules to optimise aircraft availability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct component replacements, system inspections, modifications, and upgrades as required.
• Lead and coordinate engineering projects focused on maintenance improvements, operational efficiencies, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee special initiatives, including aircraft upgrades, equipment installations, and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with pilots, operations, and engineering teams to support safe and efficient aircraft operations.
