About this role
CMA CGM AIR CARGO, launched in 2021, operates three B777 and one A330 under French AOC, delivering integrated, agile air cargo solutions worldwide. Acquisition of Air Belgium's two B747 strengthens long-haul power and global connectivity. By 2027, eight A350F will establish leadership in performance, energy efficiency, and environmental commitment.
Join the Centre de Contrôle des Opérations (CCO) as Flight Dispatcher to participate in airline operations. Challenge procedures and systems deployed at CCO, propose alternatives, and contribute to new business solution projects. Collaborate daily with the Bureau d’Etudes Opérations for support and route studies.
Assure 24/7 flight dispatch promoting flight safety, economic performance, and punctuality. Conduct terrain and en route weather studies, analyze NOTAMs, assess aircraft technical status. Calculate takeoff and landing performances, optimize flight plans, file with ATC, prepare electronic flight dossiers, and brief technical crew if needed.
Support the Chef de Quart for flight monitoring or operational irregularities. Operate in an environment founded on equality, respect, and inclusion. Contribute to transporting projects and ambitions while advancing responsible aerial operations.
Requirements
- Graduate of aeronautical training as Agent d’Opérations/Dispatcher (ENAC, Horizons Academy, ESMA or equivalent)
- Holder of theoretical airline pilot license
- Knowledge of flight dispatch procedures under French AOC
- Proficiency in meteorological analysis for flight planning
- Ability to interpret NOTAMs and aircraft technical data
- Skills in performance calculations for takeoff and landing
- Experience with flight plan optimization and ATC filing
Responsibilities
- Challenge and test procedures and systems at the CCO, propose alternative solutions if necessary
- Participate in and champion CCO stakes in deployment projects for new business solutions
- Collaborate daily with the Bureau d’Etudes Opérations for CCO support and route studies
- Conduct terrain and en route weather studies

- Calculate takeoff and landing performance
- Compute flight plans, optimize routes, and file with ATC
