In this role, you will ensure flights run on time by moving baggage and cargo on and off aircraft, maintaining detailed records of shipped goods, and guiding aircraft to and from their gates. You will operate motorized equipment and work in confined spaces, frequently bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling.

This is a physically active position performed primarily outdoors, requiring comfort in all weather conditions and a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and overtime. You will be part of a safety-focused team committed to the wellbeing of all staff members.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have high school diploma, GED, or six months prior ramp agent work experience
Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing, including a drug test
Capable of safely lifting up to 70 lbs. continuously
Must be able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English
Must have a current driver's license with no violations over the past 5 years
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays
Work is done primarily outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Comfortably and continuously lift/move 70 lbs. of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft
Transport cargo and baggage between aircraft, airport terminals, and air cargo facilities
Frequently bend, stretch, push/pull, stack, and kneel in small, confined locations
Operate motorized equipment
Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags
Guide aircraft to and from their gates
Maintain detailed records of shipped goods
Perform other duties as assigned
