About this role
Join Worldwide Flight Services and contribute to the timely delivery of cargo shipment, luggage, and on-time flights while operating safely and securely. As a part-time Ramp Agent, you will perform at the highest level for our customers every day.
You will be responsible for essential ramp service tasks, including loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling aircraft, and performing water servicing. Safely drive and operate ground support equipment like belt loaders and tugs to pick up and deliver cargo between the terminal, warehouse, and aircraft.
Work alongside a team of cargo, passenger, ramp handling, and technical service experts across 164 airport locations globally. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with the Transport Workers Union, requiring membership and union dues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Valid driver's license, must be maintained throughout employment in this role
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and flight crews
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure
- Load and unload cargo on and off aircraft
- Safely drive and operate ground support equipment, including belt loaders and tugs
- Perform ground service functions, such as connecting/removing ground power and ground start units and water service
- Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking, and related guide man functions
- Maintain a secure work environment
