Boeing seeks an Associate Flight Dispatcher to join a team of experienced mission planners. This virtual role supports global mission planning, dispatch, and logistics for all phases of flight. Plans ensure regulatory compliance and customization to each customer's unique operations.
You will communicate with engineers, flight crews, and others to identify and track flight requirements. Create and adjust flight plans while coordinating assets like airspace, test equipment, and airport use. Arrange simple flight operations such as scheduled test flights.
Gather safety of flight information and prepare briefings for flight crews. Acquire, distribute, and interpret publications for safe flight and regulatory compliance. Participate in pre-mishap planning, training, and practice alerts under general supervision.

Requirements
- FAA Dispatcher Certificate
- 1+ years of experience in the position responsibilities listed above
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Communicates with engineers, flight crews and others to seek, identify and track specific flight requirements
- Creates and adjusts flight plans
- Coordinates, acquires and ensures delivery of assets (airspace, test equipment, use of airports) and arranges for simple flight operations (scheduled test flight)
- Participates in pre-mishap planning, training and practice alerts
- Gathers information related to safety of flight and prepares information for briefing delivery to the flight crew
- Acquires, distributes and interprets a wide variety of publications required to ensure safe flight and to comply with governmental regulations
- Works under general supervision
