The Crew Controller provides oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew during daily and short-term operations. This role ensures smooth rostering and compliance in a rapidly expanding airline. Join functions from flight operations to customer experience.

Day-to-day involves continuous tracking and modification of rosters, monitoring check-ins, and checking duty limitations. Cooperate with departments to provide crew during shortages and fill operations checklists. Report issues and run necessary reports for efficiency.

Responsibilities

Continuously track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations (+72 hours)
Provide adequate crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage
Monitor crews’ on-time check-in for flights and other duties
Continuously check duty and flight time limitations
Check notifications and notify crew members
Run reports and report issues
Fill the daily operations checklist
Cooperate with other departments and perform duties assigned by Senior Crew Controller or managers
