The Crew Controller provides oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew during daily and short-term operations. This role ensures smooth rostering and compliance in a rapidly expanding airline. Join functions from flight operations to customer experience.
Day-to-day involves continuous tracking and modification of rosters, monitoring check-ins, and checking duty limitations. Cooperate with departments to provide crew during shortages and fill operations checklists. Report issues and run necessary reports for efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Continuously track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations (+72 hours)
- Provide adequate crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage
- Monitor crews’ on-time check-in for flights and other duties
- Continuously check duty and flight time limitations
- Check notifications and notify crew members
- Run reports and report issues
- Fill the daily operations checklist
- Cooperate with other departments and perform duties assigned by Senior Crew Controller or managers
