As our fleet expands, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our Operations Control Center in the role of Dispatcher. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and monitoring our daily and upcoming flights. Work closely with our external dispatcher team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements
- Valid dispatcher license or relevant certification beneficial
- Comprehensive understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO)
- Prior experience in flight dispatch or related role
- Familiarity with operations in diverse and complex airspaces
- Solid understanding of aircraft performance, navigation, weather analysis
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Fluent in English with preference for professional working German
- Flexibility for shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights
