As our fleet expands, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our Operations Control Center in the role of Dispatcher. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and monitoring our daily and upcoming flights. Work closely with our external dispatcher team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Valid dispatcher license or relevant certification beneficial
  • Comprehensive understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO)
  • Prior experience in flight dispatch or related role
  • Familiarity with operations in diverse and complex airspaces
  • Solid understanding of aircraft performance, navigation, weather analysis
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills under time-sensitive conditions
  • Fluent in English with preference for professional working German
  • Flexibility for shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights

  • Coordinate and monitor daily and upcoming flights

  • Assess aircraft performance and Air Traffic Control procedures
  • Optimize routes in diverse and complex airspaces
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations like EASA and ICAO
