The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and disseminating information concerning flight activity. This individual will also establish and maintain rapport with flight crews, pilots, passengers, ground handlers and customers. The role ensures seamless communication for efficient flight operations.

Daily duties include distributing incoming air traffic information, communicating flight release and fuel load data, and maintaining flight logs. The dispatcher also coordinates billing for services rendered and makes accommodation arrangements when flight delays occur. Other tasks include handling phone traffic and assisting with gate assignment.

The dispatcher maintains lines of communication with line operations and air carriers using two-way radios. Safety and security are paramount; the company is committed to a safe working environment and enforces a Substance Misuse Policy.
