About this role
World Wide Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in delivering critical systems for air traffic control operations. This role combines infrastructure management with customer-focused problem solving in a fast-paced aviation environment.
You will manage VMware, Linux, and Windows environments along with NetApp storage arrays. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, documenting solutions, and using ServiceNow for ticketing. You will handle multiple projects while ensuring system availability.
The ATC environment is dynamic and requires detail-oriented individuals who can adapt to shifting priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform as needed.

Requirements
- 1+ years of systems administration experience.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with VMware, Linux, and Windows technologies.
- Experience with NetApp storage arrays.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Customer service focused with ability to convey complex ideas.
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide systems administration for VMware, Linux, and Windows environments.

- Troubleshoot complex problems and document solutions clearly.
- Use ServiceNow ticketing system to track and resolve support requests.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Support cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform as needed.
- Ensure high availability and performance of air traffic control systems.
