Fanatics, the global leader in digital sports platforms, is seeking a seasoned Helicopter Captain to join our corporate flight department based in Philadelphia. As part of Fanatics Aviation, safety is paramount. You’ll operate under our General Operations Manual and aircraft flight manuals, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and care.
Safely operate and manage helicopter flights, primarily domestic with occasional international routes across North America and the Caribbean. Conduct thorough flight planning, preflight inspections, and performance analysis. Maintain pilot documentation and aircraft currencies.
Mentor and train crew members, promoting effective Crew Resource Management (CRM). Participate actively in our Safety Management System (SMS), reporting hazards and supporting a culture of transparency. Ensure passenger safety and comfort, from briefing to arrival.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- FAA Class 1 Medical
- Commercial Instrument with ATP; CFI/CFII preferred
- AW139 type rating preferred
- Extensive IFR helicopter experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in Northeast/NYC flight operations
