Join our team in Bridgeport, WV as an MRO Engineer, Overhaul Support Services. Provide engineering support to the P&W Canada aftermarket network in the maintenance and repair of P&WC engines.
To succeed, be a detail oriented and safety conscious professional with a proven track record of seeing projects through completion. Work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, focusing on disassembly, inspection, assembly and test. Carry out projects and studies related to engine assembly and work scoping.

At Pratt & Whitney, the difference you make is on display every day. Provide guidance and training to customer personnel in performing maintenance procedures and techniques regarding P&WC engines overhaul. Analyze technical issues to determine root cause and recommend corrective action.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 8+ years’ experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul documentation and processes of jet engines
- OR an Advanced Degree in Engineering and 5+ years’ prior relevant experience
- Prior experience and technical knowledge with P&W Canada engine families
- Prior experience with assembly/disassembly and test procedures of P&W Canada engines
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Detail oriented and safety conscious professional
- Proven track record of seeing projects through completion
Responsibilities
- Provide support to P&WC aftermarket network in the maintenance and repair of P&WC engines, focusing on disassembly, inspection, assembly and test
- Carry out projects and studies related to engine assembly and work scoping
- Provide guidance and training to customer personnel in performing maintenance procedures and techniques regarding P&WC engines overhaul
- Analyze technical issues related to assembly, disassembly and test of P&WC engines to determine root cause and recommend corrective action
- Evaluate engine deviations and special work scopes requirements exceeding approved limits and provide disposition
- Review and validate disassembly and assembly instructions in overhaul manuals
- Support technical inquiries from P&WC owned shops and DOF/TSA network
- Lead engineering and productivity projects assigned within functional discipline
