Requirements
- Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey
- Valid EASA ATPL License (or Frozen ATPL for First Officer)
- Valid type certificate for B737 or B777
- Captain: minimum 1,500 hours as Captain on B737 (total 5,000 hours) or 3,000 on B777 (total 6,000 hours) on multi-crew aircraft >27 tons
- First Officer: minimum 500 hours on B737 or 1,000 hours on B777 on multi-crew aircraft >27 tons
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
- At least English Level 4 certificate
- No criminal record, no history of accidents or incidents; male candidates completed military service
Responsibilities
- Operate Boeing 737 or Boeing 777 as Captain, leading multi-crew flights exceeding 27 tons takeoff weight
- Conduct safe takeoffs, landings, and all flight phases on type-rated aircraft
- Supervise First Officers during operations from Antalya Base
- Comply with EASA ATPL requirements and civil aviation standards
- Maintain clean safety record with no accidents or incidents
- Log required Captain or First Officer hours on heavy jets
- Participate in pre-flight planning and crew briefings
