Domestic Flight Planner

The Domestic Flight Planner ensures the safe, legal, and efficient coordination of all Flexjet domestic flights. This role prepares and files flight plans, monitors weather and operational conditions, and maintains full regulatory compliance. It demands strong decision-making, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence.

Day-to-day duties include coordinating flights for safe and efficient operations and providing trip briefings with required documentation to crews and partners. Planners manage airport slot reservations and prior-permission requests while monitoring factors impacting schedules. They identify compliance issues and support resolutions for flight deviations.

This position supports flight crews, internal teams, and external partners with exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. It requires adherence to safety, security, and quality standards amid variable conditions. Collaboration ensures seamless operations across domestic networks.
