The Dispatcher ensures the safe, efficient, and effective execution of all training missions. This role maximizes utilization of instructors, aircraft, classrooms, and simulators.
Dispatch the flight schedule using all available training resources while prioritizing asset maximization and cancellation mitigation. Coordinate inspections and repairs with maintenance to meet requirements. Adhere strictly to company and regulatory standards throughout operations.
Closely collaborate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service departments for seamless schedule execution. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance efficiency across teams. Deliver excellent customer service as a core responsibility.

Requirements
- 2-year technical degree, Associate degree, or college degree in job-related field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and systems
- Knowledge of commercial aviation and flight training concepts and principles
- Experience working in an aviation planning, scheduling, or related operational environment
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal, analytical, and conceptual skills
- Fluency in English
