Crew Controller

We are seeking a Crew Controller at Transavia. You hold responsibility for monitoring and adjusting rosters of cockpit and cabin colleagues. This starts 48 hours before flight departure and ends when the flight takes off, handling delays or sick calls to ensure qualified crew boards quickly.

Work at the Operations Control Center (OCC) on Schiphol Oost in fulltime rotating shifts. Manage cockpit and cabin rosters up-to-date from 48 hours prior to execution day. Replace crew for illness and adjust for flight operation disruptions.

Join a team of about 15 Crew Controllers, collaborating with other scheduling departments and OCC colleagues. Report to Team Lead Crew Control, with the Duty Manager as functional point during shifts. Operate in the dynamic Passenger & Operations Control domain, optimizing schedules under time pressure during disruptions.

Inform crew on roster changes and ensure compliance with work-rest regulations and CAO. Contribute to Crew Control policy with proposals on crew deployment and regulations. Participate in projects, department meetings, and provide tactical operational advice to the Team Lead.
