About this role
The Flight Dispatcher provides NetJets flight crews with safe and timely flight plans, briefings, flight releases, and in-flight monitoring for all flight operations. This role ensures, in conjunction with flight crew, that all flights are safely and timely conducted to their final destination in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Prepare flight plans, produce flight releases, file ATC flight plans, and log flight times in compliance with regulations and company procedures to ensure safety and efficiency of operations. Monitor daily flight activity, including initiation, continuation, diversion, or termination of flights. Establish communication with aircraft and conduct duties associated with operational control and safety.
Work closely with pilots and crew members to ensure all flight operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Liaise with OCC, Operations, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams regarding any operational requirement or issue that may affect flight activity.
Ensure activation of Event Notification and Emergency Response Plan as per ERP Policy. Support safety and compliance programmes by reporting any issues that may affect them. Perform other duties within the same professional career that are related or functionally linked.
Requirements
- Flight Operations Officer License (Dispatcher License)
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Dispatch role
- Preferential experience in a similar position in aviation industry
- Preferential Minimum 1 year of experience within NJ
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
